Measure around the widest Part of the Ankle

Regular 10½ " - 11½ " (35 - 40 CM)

Large 11½ " -12½ " (45 - 50 CM)

Large strap wraps around the largest part of the ankle with round part at the back. Secure remaining strap around the foot. Adjust tension to requirements and secure with velcro.
