The adiStar Salvation is a maximum feature, moderate to maximum support shoe designed for daily training and high mileage. It is built with a semi-curved shape.
CUSHIONING
• 3D Formotion is a gender specific decoupled heel system designed to dissipate shock from heel strike.
• adiPRENE is located in the heel and is a resilient EVA based foam engineered to cushion the heel at impact.
• adiPRENE+ is utilized in the forefoot and is a resilient EVA based foam intended to provide cushion under the metatarsal region.
MIDSOLE
• CMEVA is compression molded EVA which is an industry standard midsole material designed to offer durable cushioning.
• Pro-moderator is located at the medial midfoot and is a firm sheath like unit co-molded onto the CMEVA midsole. It is designed to reduce excess overpronation.
• 3D Formotion is a gender specific decoupled heel system designed to dissipate shock from heel strike.
• Torsion System runs along the bottom of the midfoot and is a wishbone shaped thermoplastic unit that is gender engineered to allow the forefoot and rearfoot to move independently for increased stability.
UPPER
• ClimaCool is used throughout the upper and is an open mesh that provides lightweight breathability.
• Geofit is located at the collar of the heel and is composed of memory foam intended to enhance comfort and improve fit.
• Perforated Tongue is composed of EVA for lightweight comfort and improved ventilation.
• Formation Stretch Panel is located at the lateral midfoot and is intended to provide an adaptive fit.
• Adidas Logo overlays are strategically placed to wrap the upper around the foot.
• Ortholite Sockliner is an antimicrobial insole designed to reduce odor and provide additional cushion.
• AdiLite 55 Last is a full length strobel last constructed from a moderately soft foam.
OUTSOLE
• AdiWear is utilized in the lateral heel and is a durable carbon rubber.
• Blown Rubber is lightweight and offers grip for increased traction.
