With Brook's super soft DNA Loft in the heel combined their adaptive BioMoGo DNA cushioning in the forefoot, the Ghost 12 continues to offer plush landings and springy toe-offs perfect for daily training.
Additionally, no matter how your foot lands the updates to the segmented crash pad and flex grooves ensure smooth heel to toe transitions with every stride.
Finally, the engineered mesh upper is woven super tight in the midfoot for added support while maintaining highly breathable and adaptable in the forefoot.

•Caterpillar Crash Pad is a segmented crash pad that flexes with the foot, offering customized cushioning and stability for a smooth heel-to-toe transition.
•Omega Flex Grooves have been deepened to enhance midsole flexibility without compromising cushioning.
